New Carlyle Residences on Wilshire Cooridor

The Carlyle Residences are the new luxury high rise in Los Angeles. Located in Westwood’s famous Wilshire Corridor this building offers full service concierge, high end finishes, great views and wonderful amenities. No expense was spared.

The Carlyle in Los Angeles was finished in 2009 and is the last high rise building that may be built in the Wilshire Corridor.

The Carlyle has 78 residences, with six penthouse units on the top three floors. The units are oversized at 2,800sqft to 3,500sqft which is the size of a 4 bedroom house! There are only 4 units on each floor and there are no hallways!

Hanging in Carlyle lobby is an original glass-blown chandelier by Dale Chihuly that is worth $1 million!

Buliding amenities include a wine cellar, pool and spa, fitness center. 24 hour valet and security.  The valet can even wash and detail your car in the parking garage. Prices start at $2M, and the sweet spot is between $3M and $4M. The penthouse units on the top three floors start at $6M and go up to $15M.

Celebrities Larry King, Bruce Willis, Paul Anka, Donna Summers, Keshawn Johnson, and La Toya Jackson all call Carlyle residences home.
